Independence Day Ride - Jamsavli

On Independence Day, 15 August, as per Club legacy, we decided for Independence Day Ride. Anu called up all club members. We were 6 people rode to Jamsavli, famous place near Nagpur. We decided to gather at Tank square, Ajni. After having breakfast at Haldiram, we had lot of discussion on place but finally we decided to go Jamsavli, 80 kms from Nagpur in Madhya Pradesh.

For more details on Jamsavli, please check my previous post.

We fuelled our bikes at Koradi road and continued our journey to Jamsavli. Since it was a holiday, road was packed with vehicles. Enthusiast travelling on road with flags tagged on cars and bikes. We also tagged flag on our bikes.

After Saoner, we saw accident between two bikes. One person was dead on the spot and other was injured. It was head-on collision of two bikes. It was quite depressing moment. But we continued our journey and reached Jamsavli temple. Since it was holiday, Hanuman temple was packed with Bhaktagan.

From temple, around 2 kms, there was beautiful spot with huge waterfall. Other club members were visiting this place for the first time so they were enjoying the beauty of the spot. We took lot of photos at this place. Since we were hungry, people had Aaluwada & namkins, where I had some Sabudana wada as I was having Fast (Shrawan Somwar) on that day. First time I had ride on fast day. :p

We decided to go back from other route and not with the same route. So I suggested different route to club mates as shown in map. Anu and others liked that route very much. We took a pause and did some photo shoot. It was twisty and short route. This time again, causality, Anukaran bike’s silencer fall down. :(
Then on highway we put on full throttle and reached Nagpur quickly.
